JCMC - Haven of Rest
JCMC-Haven of Rest has been operational since May 18, 2008 and we have provided transitional housing for fourteen (14) women, including seventeen(17) children, since some women brought their children with them. It is a wonderful opportunity we have been afforded to come to the aid of those who have a need for our ministry house.

Effective January 4, 2012, Ann Driggers passed the Director's Title to Laura Nesbitt as she took the Title of Executive Director. Laura will be receiving all calls for accepting Domestic Violence Crisis Women into the Women's center. Her contact number is 803-406-1902. Ann will continue to work hand in hand with Laura during transition along with the Board Members - Joette Wielicki, Cindy Bradham, Cheryl Coggins and Faye Snow. We are excited to see GOD grow the administration and operation of the center.

(2/4/2012) We are currently collecting old cell phones and I-phones, etc.as a fundraising project to assist us in raising funds for our Women's Center for Domestic Violence. This project will assist us in off setting the expenses we incur to maintain the center and provide for the women who come to the shelter for safety from their aggressors.
Please gather your, your families' and your neighbors' old cell phones and drop them off at the locations listed:
Sandwich Castle (Manning - Hwy. 260 across from the Clarendon Memorial Hospital
Bradham's Music Store (next to the Sandwich Castle)
Sheriff's Office (next to the Clarendon County Fire Station)
Grace Christian Fellowship Church (Raccoon Road across from Manning National Guards)
Quality Printers (Keitt Street next to Manning Post Office)
Easy-Rent-to-Own (next to Substation II)
